At Sparkle Proz, every home visit includes a full deep cleaning—no shortcuts, no “basic” package. Our cleaning teams follow our detailed deep cleaning checklist to ensure your entire home gets a top-to-bottom, consistent, high-quality clean.

Pricing is based on your home's total square footage to ensure accurate service time and staffing. 

 

You can also personalize your experience with our available add-on extras, making it easy to customize your cleaning to fit your home’s needs.

DEEP CLEANING CHECKLIST

Before we begin, we ask which areas of your home need the most attention. From there, we follow our Deep Cleaning Checklist to deliver a consistent, high-quality clean every time.

KITCHEN & BAR AREAS

  • Countertops cleaned and disinfected; all items removed and replaced

  • Backsplash cleaned and splatter-free

  • Sinks scrubbed, disinfected, and polished (if dishes are not present)

  • Faucet cleaned and polished

  • Appliance exteriors cleaned (fridge, stove, dishwasher)

  • Microwave interior and exterior cleaned

  • Small appliance exteriors wiped clean

  • Cabinet and cupboard fronts cleaned

  • Kitchen table cleaned and organized

  • Furniture, mirrors, frames & accessories dusted and cleaned

  • Blinds dusted

  • Windows (interior) 

  • Window sills cleaned

  • Molding, corners, and door molding wiped clean

  • Baseboards cleaned

  • Ceiling fans dusted (if reachable; height restrictions apply)

  • Light switches & door knobs cleaned (all points of contact)

  • Floors vacuumed and washed

  • Trash emptied; exterior of can wiped down and new bag inserted

  • Overall room straightened, neat & tidy

 
BATHROOMS

  • Tub and shower scrubbed and washed

  • Sinks scrubbed and washed

  • Toilets scrubbed and washed, including base and behind

  • Mirrors and exterior of medicine cabinet cleaned

  • Soap dish & toothbrush holder cleaned

  • Points of contact cleaned (switches, handles, door knobs)

  • Molding, corners, and door molding wiped clean

  • Exterior of reachable light fixtures dusted

  • Blinds dusted

  • Windows (interior) 

  • Window sills cleaned

  • Baseboards cleaned

  • Vanity top cleaned; items removed and replaced

  • Towel bars & toilet paper holder wiped clean

  • Floors vacuumed and washed

  • Trash emptied; exterior of can wiped; bag replaced

  • Overall room straightened, neat & tidy

 
BEDROOMS

  • Beds made; linens changed if fresh linens are provided

  • Furniture dusted (top, front, underneath when accessible)

  • Mirrors, frames, lamps, and lampshades cleaned and dusted

  • Cushions and pillows fluffed/straightened (if applicable)

  • Blinds dusted

  • Windows (interior) 

  • Window sills cleaned

  • Molding, corners, and door molding wiped clean

  • Ceiling fans dusted if reachable

  • Baseboards cleaned

  • Points of contact cleaned (switch plates, doorframes, knobs)

  • Floors vacuumed and/or washed

  • Walk-in closet floors vacuumed if clear

  • Trash emptied; exterior of can wiped; bag replaced

  • General straightening completed

 
LIVING AREAS, HALLWAYS & COMMON SPACES

  • Upholstered furniture vacuumed and wiped as needed

  • Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened

  • Furniture, mirrors, frames, lamps, lampshades, and accessories dusted & cleaned

  • Tables/desks dusted and wiped clean

  • Blinds dusted

  • Windows (interior) 

  • Window sills cleaned

  • Molding, corners, and door molding wiped clean

  • Baseboards cleaned

  • Ceiling fans dusted (if reachable; height restrictions apply)

  • Points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs, railings)

  • Hallways and stairs vacuumed and/or washed

  • Carpets vacuumed

  • Hard floors vacuumed and/or washed

  • Laundry en suite wiped & floor washed (if applicable)

  • Trash emptied; exterior of can wiped; bag replaced

  • Overall room straightened, neat & tidy

  • Couch and upholstered furniture vacuumed/wiped as required

  • Tabletops, desks & surfaces dusted and wiped

  • Furniture, mirrors, frames, and lamps dusted

  • Molding and corners wiped

  • Door molding dusted

  • Baseboards cleaned

  • Ceiling fans dusted (if reachable)

Finally, before our Sparkle Proz cleaners leave your home, they check these key safety areas: 

  • Stove/oven is off

  • Door locked, if required

  • Pets are safe

  • Windows closed/left as found

  • Toilets not running

  • All Faucets are off

  • HVAC Set Accordingly
